Plug in power strip left of TV on the floor. Turn on Computer (on top right). Login as per info by keyboard.
click 'on' wireless mouse and keyboard. Sound for PC is controlled by round dial (tap - red off or green on) also on bottom bar of pc (speaker icon).

TELEVISION - uses ROKU
Use TV (not ROKU) Big Remote... Source... Roku is HDMI4 PC is HDMI2... press OK on remote
Use ROKU remote (right arrow 2 times to go to Spectrum... Enter press left arrow for channel guide.

OR select another channel besides Spectrum

I30 East to exit 146 (Mt Vernon, Winnsboro, Clarksville)

Turn Right (exit) go across HWY 37 past BBQ place on right (about 1 mile) to Hwy 115

Turn right on Hwy 115... go 7 miles.. past Vinyards Country Market and before Lake

you will see a sign (Northshore Addition) on left

Turn right (BEFORE LAKE) just before yellow and black diagonal sign on right guard rail into Northshore Addition

Go Slow to Gate Enter 2020 gate code

go straight .9 mile on lake Shore Drive to turn left on Miller Road

Go to 2nd house on right (210 Miller Road) and you are at Lake House

When You Arrive...

If Summer, press the 'UP or DOWN' arrows
set to about 73-75 during the day, 71-70 at night
'HEAT-OFF-COOL' to 'COOL' should already be on cool
Do NOT touch ANY buttons on the left

To Turn on the water
the water valve is at the street by the mailbox using the tool by the garage door with the blue handle
the valve is closest to the street

The way to change the temperature is...

1) At the bottom left of the thermostat - there is a switch that says 'HEAT-OFF-COOL'

For Heat, set to 'HEAT'

For A/C, set to 'COOL'

For Neither One, set to 'OFF'

2) At the bottom right of the thermostat - there is a switch that says 'FAN - AUTO or ON'

Should be set to 'AUTO'

2) On the display, you should see the current temperature in the room.

To change the temperature, press the 'UP or DOWN' arrows til it shows what you want.

3) THAT'S ALL - WALK AWAY NOW!

When You Leave...

If NO chance of freezing, set FAN - AUTO or ON' to 'OFF'

If ANY chance of freezing, set 'HEAT-OFF-COOL' to 'HEAT'
change the temperature, press the 'UP or DOWN' arrows til it shows 42 degrees

If Summer, press the 'UP or DOWN' arrows til it shows 94 degrees
set 'HEAT-OFF-COOL' to 'COOL'

If you feel like you want a Pizza... Parker's Pizza is about a mile from the Northshore Addition entrance/exit. Turn left at the entrance (Hwy 115) and Parkers is about 1 mile on the right. You have to order an hour in advance and they are open around lunchtime and then again later at night. They close at 8:00, so order by 7:00.
